What a Session Looks Like
Book your session.
Choose a time that works for you and an amount that feels right. Sessions are pay-from-the-heart, with a gentle minimum to hold your spot.
Settle in.
Your confirmation email includes your private Zoom link. Find somewhere quiet and comfortable to land.
Receive and integrate.
Sessions run about 60 minutes, with time afterward to talk through what came up and anything you may want to carry forward.
